We firmly believe in and stand for our service agreement 100%. However, we understand that it cannot work perfectly all the time in every case. If we are unable to fix your issue and have given up, a full refund will be issued. However if you decide to cancel, you can send request to support before we start working on the issue or the TAT mentioned in the cancellation of the order and if you determine we can not fix it or you are unable to provide the access we need, there will be only a refund of 50% what was paid to us. The reason for this is that we do have operating costs that are incurred when a ticket is purchased and submitted and in many cases the expert might have already completed the work or part of the work. The other option is to have your full refund returned in the form of credits that does not expire.
